Reservations Reservations are not necessary unless you have a large group and want to all camp together. If no reservation, camping spots are on a first-come basis on Friday. Please send your camping reservation to camping@washingtonfaire.com.

The last day to make a camping reservation is Saturday July 21, 2012 at midnight. All reservation requests after this date will not be honored or considered. I will email each group a response and confirmation letter, PLEASE have a copy with you upon arrival at the Faire.

Please follow these guidelines when making your request:
1) Place in the subject line of your email or message "Faire Camping".
2) If you are part of a large group please give me the group name and a contact person and cell phone number.
3) Request with your square footage and if you want tent or RV camping.

Facilities Available Our camping area is a large field and very primitive. There are no plug-ins but it's ok to use a generator during the daylight hours. We have water (via a hose located on the main Faire site), porta-potties, and a dumpster for your use. Please remember to pack out your supplies/equipment and garbage.

Parking Please park your vehicle in the "Camping Parking Area" after unloading your equipment. Cars/campers/trucks are only allowed in the camping area if you are sleeping in your vehicle.

Check-In Check in for camping is on Friday from noon until midnight each Friday before the Faire weekends. Check out is after the Faire on Sunday evening after the Faire closes at 7pm. Once you check in on Friday, each of your family will get a red bracelet and that shows that you are allowed in the camping area and on the Faire site during the weekend and after hours. Please ask your family to wear them all weekend. They are waterproof so it's ok to shower/bathe in them. If you would like to check in for camping on Saturday, please go to the Castle Gate (on the Main Faire site) to pay for your camping and Faire entrance, then go to the "Security" camp in the camping area for help finding your camping space.

Quiet Hours After midnight we ask that you speak in whispers and silence all things that make noise, this includes generators, drumming and loud music and loud parties.

Fires and Cooking Open fires are not allowed on our site, per the Pierce County Fire Marshal. This includes but is not limited to braziers, fire pits, tiki torches, open candles and any other source of open flame. We do allow propane stoves and propane bbq's for cooking. If it has a shut off valve it's ok to use it. Candles are allowed only in enclosed lanterns.

After-Hours Fun The Hammered Troll Pub is open after hours for the adults. It is open from 7:30pm - Midnight on Friday and Saturday evenings. Please come and join us for a song, a drink and a lot of laughs and fun.
